Body shops repair collision damage, dents, rust and paint, and most work directly with insurance companies: you can choose any shop, not only the insurer's preferred one, and the shop will write a supplement if hidden damage turns up. Paintless dent repair fixes hail and door dings without repainting. Detailing shops clean and protect interiors and paint, from a basic wash-and-wax to ceramic coatings and paint protection film. Car washes range from self-service bays to express tunnels with monthly memberships. Upholstery shops repair seats, headliners and convertible tops, and restoration shops bring classic and collector cars back to original or custom condition.

Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–6:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. El Cerrito is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around El Cerrito is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I have had this company do fork for us. Excellent. Unfortunately the repair of our couch did not go well. The repair failed with in a few weeks. They confirmed that a refurbished would be done very soon. We are still waiting after many months. I would not recommend using this company.

I really wanted to love this place because the team at Jesus Auto Upholstery is friendly, communicative, and they were able to accommodate my car right away. Compared to other professional shops in the area, their pricing is very competitive and affordable. I had them reupholster my steering wheel and headliner. Unfortunately, the execution and attention to detail just weren’t there, and it feels like a "you get what you pay for" situation. Regarding the steering wheel, it was 99% of the way there, but the stitching ends were left frayed and not tucked well. For the headliner and sunroof, while the main headliner fabric looks good, they broke the sunroof screws during disassembly. Because it's a 25-year-old car, I understand older parts are fragile, and I was fine paying the extra fee they requested to fix it and detail the channels. However, when they reinstalled the newly reupholstered sunroof covers, they jammed them into place. They are now completely stuck and won't slide back, making my sunroof completely inoperable. The care and cleanliness was the most frustrating part. The car windows were clearly left open in the shop because the interior was covered in a ton of debris. W

They replaced the driver’s arm rest fabric on my Honda 2011 CRV which involved removing the door panel etc. Not a simple DYI project! I supplied them with the fabric so they did not have to order/make that but the installation involved a lot of fitting, gluing, clamping and not to mention the disconnect of the door controls etc. Jesus did a great job β€” the arm rest surface was padded and smooth - no bubbles or bumps - and you could not tell that it was recently replaced. All functions of my drivers side door (windows, locks, etc) were restored without any issues. Fair price too! He mentioned having a similar car and was experienced in doing this. Overall I was very pleased with their work and how fast they were able to do it - under 3 hours.

I want to report to this company why they robbed me I went to sell them some tools since I was collecting money for the funeral of my dad who just passed away and the lady gave me a check without funds and now I have to pay the money to the gentleman who kindly changed my check and it is not fair that people like these continue to proceed in this way deceiving people who out of necessity contact her Don't look for her, she robbed me!!! Lady! Stop abusing noble people sooner or later karma praises us

Just picked up my 1996 z3 from Ricardo and his work was first rate. Deep cleaned and treated the leather seats, rebuilt and refoamed the driver side, helped me with a door handle that had fallen off...and cleared the drains on my convertible top all for a fair price. Kept me advised throughout the process. Look if you are in a rush, go elsewhere, good work takes time. The car interior looks great and feels great.
